昨天做重量訓練不慎閃到腰 這其實算舊傷了，加上自己的肩膀放鬆會一高一低 想要順便看一看… 爬了文有看到開元骨科，可是實在是離家太遠了… 目前屬於急性期有自己做適當處理（冰敷） 不知道中西區、安平區 有無推薦的骨科、復健科、運動傷害科診所（晚上有開） 分開推薦也可以，例如甲診所看骨科，乙診所復健 （我不要國術館或其他用「喬」的診所） 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.132.225
