報關名稱有誤 某食品公司差點受害

進口商在報關時，誤將銅葉綠素鈉(水溶性)申報為銅葉綠素(脂溶性)，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署大動作前往某大食品公司清查流向，證實食品公司沒有加入銅葉綠素，還給廠家清白。（李明朝報導）

桃園縣衛生局主任秘書楊文志表示，金鎬股份有限公司報關時，誤將銅葉綠素鈉(水溶性)申報為銅葉綠素(脂溶性)，並且流向到某大食品公司，衛生局配合衛生福利部食品藥物管理署前往某大食品公司清查，發現這家公司沒有使用銅葉綠素，是使用可允許食品添加物的銅葉綠素鈉(水溶性)，廠家是製作菠菜片等半成品，沒有使用在油品的製作，所以也沒有違規事項。

桃園縣衛生局長劉宜廉也親自吃了加入銅葉綠素鈉所製成的半成品，力挺廠家，對於報關的錯誤，桃園衛生局將通知該轄衛生局處理。

對於相關業者進口銅葉綠素的流向，食品藥物管理署人員表示都在掌握之中，正在全面清查
