味全摻油案 魏應充送檢方複訊

檢調偵辦味全油品摻大統油案，昨天傳喚味全董事長魏應充等6人到案，今天凌晨送台北地檢署複訊。

魏應充移送時，有3名保鑣護駕，與在場記者發生推擠。其中，一名平面媒體攝影記者左後腦遭到毆傷，除立即報警處理，並送醫驗傷，將對保鑣提出告訴。

衛生福利部查獲頂新代工味全部分油品使用大統長基橄欖油，檢調隨後立案偵辦。北檢昨晚指揮調查局台北巿調查處，會同台北巿政府衛生局人員，搜索味全食品總部，帶走大批與採購有關的帳冊等文件。

檢調隨即以犯罪嫌疑人身分約談魏應充、味全總經理張教華到案，另以證人身分約談味全公司張姓財務協理、陳姓公關經理、方便食品部林姓協理以及蕭姓採購經理到案作證。

全案朝詐欺、違反食品衛生管理法等罪嫌偵辦，調查人員今天凌晨訊問結束，將魏應充等人送北檢複訊。
