美研究：上司難搞　危害下屬健康

【周佩萱／綜合報導】上司難相處，可是會影響健康，美國俄亥俄州立大學研究人員表示長時間和龜毛難搞的上司工作，員工所產生的壓力將會改變免疫細胞的基因活動，導致細胞轉向對抗不存在的疾病，身體便會出現發炎症狀，進而引發心臟疾病或糖尿病等。

研究人員先將一群公鼠放在一起生活，等到牠們建立起層級關係後，便每隔2小時就放入一隻具有強烈攻擊性的老鼠，同居的公鼠反覆遭入侵者擊敗，研究人員發現這群老鼠因壓力導致免疫細胞改變的特徵，就和長期承受壓力的人一樣，研究人員推斷長期和可怕上司工作的影響，將會反應在免疫系統的基因上。
