關務署長王亮不熟業務　預算慘遭凍結

 【林巧雁／台北報導】立法院財委會今天審查關務署預算，關務署長王亮明年即１月將退休，面對立委詢問業務卻支支吾吾，回答不出來，引起費鴻泰等多位立委不滿，主席盧秀燕批評官員愈來愈不用功，對立委提案漠不關心，到今天審查才翻閱內容，對內容也不清楚。
 
面對立委提出的業務單位預算問題，不僅署長王亮答不出來，連一旁身邊的官員也沒有幫忙回答，最後立委們生氣決定凍結關務署多項預算支出。海關人員私下說，只能用「慘」字來形容。
