復康巴士運毒 毒奶茶包趴趴送提早入監

販毒集團為了逃避警方的追查，居然開著復康巴士販賣毒品，半年前還因吸毒後搭載病患前往看診，結果翻車造成病患受傷。檢警經過半年追查，將蔡姓男子等三人逮捕，並起出俗稱「瞄瞄」的毒奶茶一百六十公克。(彭清仁報導)

苗栗縣四月份發生一起復康巴士翻車意外，還好病患命大只受到輕傷。新竹市刑大偵一隊接獲線報，指稱當時開車的張姓男子，涉嫌利用開復康巴士為掩護，私下販賣毒品給同事或是其它毒虫。警方報請檢察官廖倪凰指揮偵辦，最後只查出張姓男子尿液有毒品反應，但查無販毒的事證，但警方不死心，經過長期蒐證，才發現張姓男子是向蔡姓男子購買毒品，警方持拘票在竹南一處洗車場內，當場查獲蔡姓男子等三人，並在屋內起出八包、重一百六十公克的「毒奶茶」，搖頭丸和霰彈槍子彈等物品。

警方指出，這種俗稱「瞄瞄」的毒奶茶，是以安非他命和K他命混合奶茶粉，可沖泡成液態毒品，由於喝了之後興奮感更強烈，也成為毒虫新寵。不過警方擔憂的是，光是K他命對身體危害就相當嚴重，藥頭將毒品亂摻一通，對身體會產生什麼危害根本難以預料。而主嫌蔡姓男子供稱，下週一就要到監獄報到服刑，卻不料入獄前多買了些毒奶茶解癮，還是被警方逮捕，並依毒品罪嫌移送法辦。
