【方翊倩／綜合報導】衛福部昨下午竟發烏龍公文，要求各地衛生局將37件疑似摻偽油品下架，消息傳出後食藥署才驚覺有誤，緊急撤銷公文，立委皆表示不可原諒。

根據《壹電視》報導，衛福部昨發出烏龍公文，該公文指「請依本署通報名單將相關產品下架」，食品藥物管理署昨晚緊急收回公文，坦承誤將前往查廠當成下架。今在立法院立委皆表示不可原諒，國民黨立委呂學樟說：「相關單位應負責任，且若有行政疏失，應移送監察院。」國民黨立委江惠貞表示「不可原諒，恐造成另一波不安。」民進黨立委林淑芬則說：「把查廠誤打成下架，是不可能的事。」批衛福部找藉口。
