據CNN報導，荷蘭設計師羅斯加德已與北京市政府達成協定，將在公園裡測試將煙霧從北京上空吸走的技術。根據鳯凰網報導，羅斯加德打算用銅線圈創造一個電磁場，將空氣中的污染顆粒吸到地面上處理。目前室內測試效果不錯。羅斯加德說，這麼做的目的是喚起對北京污染的關注。
