竹市緝毒　起出香煙盒裝「毒奶茶」

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市刑大今年初發現販毒集團行蹤，經蒐證多時，今晨持搜索票前往竹南一處洗車場，當場逮捕綽號饅頭的蔡姓男子、吳男及徐女3人。警方在蔡男客廳搜出可疑煙盒，打開赫然發現8盒香煙內藏有Ｋ他命、安非他命混奶茶粉的奶粉包(約160公克)及一顆霰彈子彈、公道伯及搖頭丸8顆。
 
鑑識人員打開奶茶包，發現奶茶粉是新式毒品「瞄瞄」。據了解，「瞄瞄」是以Ｋ他命及安非他命混合奶茶粉，可沖泡成液態毒品，俗稱「毒奶茶」。專案人員表示，喝了後會興奮感更加強烈，一下子就有感覺，因此相當搶手，黑市叫價每包八百元。
 
警方還表示，綽號饅頭的蔡男專賣毒品「瞄瞄」，在蒐證過程中，發現張姓男藥蟲是苗栗一家醫院復康巴士駕駛，曾拉Ｋ後駕車載病患翻車，幸好無人傷亡。蔡男供稱他已離婚，下周一要入監執行，因此才會在入獄前多買「瞄瞄」，一次過足癮。
