瘦肉精美牛吃下肚！食安危機再現？知名餐廳王品原燒菲力牛肉含齊帕特羅，食藥署說，去年9月12日至今年9月30日並已稽查市售牛肉原產地標示共計47,388家次，合格率99.9%。

食藥署說，有關桃園縣衛生局對轄內餐廳百貨公司大賣場抽驗食材，其中1件美國牛肉檢出齊帕特羅0.5 ppb的相關媒體報導，經追查其來源為美福國際股份有限公司，全案已移請台北市衛生局裁處。

食品藥物管理署將依輸入食品及相關產品查驗辦法，對美福公司自相同製造廠輸入牛肉產品，提高邊境抽驗機率最高至100%，並加強市售牛肉產品之稽查抽驗。

食藥署說，依據我國動物用藥殘留標準，於食品中不得檢出齊帕特羅。

食藥署強調，針對進口牛肉產品執行「三管五卡」，落實管源頭、管邊境及管市場政策，除自99年迄今赴美實地查核輸台牛肉工廠計13家次外，於邊境查驗執行核、標、開、驗、查措施，自去年9月迄今查驗美國牛肉4,378批(重量3萬6,732.5公噸)，抽樣檢驗2,544批(58%)，6件檢出齊帕特羅(重量84.34公噸)，檢出值為0.4~3 ppb，均已依規定退運或銷毀；自99年迄今於市售抽驗牛肉產品計1250件，2件檢出齊帕特羅。

自去年9月12日至102年9月30日並已稽查市售牛肉原產地標示共計47,388家次，合格率99.9%。食藥署將持續執行進口牛肉查驗，將依據查驗結果事實評估調整其查驗機率，確保輸入牛肉產品符合我國食品衛生安全相關規定，以維護國內消費者信心。
