蘋果 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/local/20131029/283318/ 任職醫院雜工的新北市30多歲廖姓男子， 今年初貿然穿越馬路被盧姓男子開車撞傷頸椎， 廖男與64歲全姓女同事堅稱盧男闖紅燈肇事，全女還稱廖男「被撞飛60公尺」。 檢警起疑查出兩人說謊，但兩人堅不認錯， 新北地檢署今起訴兩人涉犯偽證罪嫌，最重可各判7年。 全案關鍵為全女證稱目睹廖男「被撞飛60公尺」，承辦警員直覺不可能， 現場雖無監視器畫面，但警員不死心，總算找到一輛路過公車上的行車紀錄器畫面， 證實廖男沒走人行道並貿然穿越馬路，被撞直接倒地。 檢方見廖男與全婦都是收入微薄的艱苦人，告知兩人已涉犯偽證，若認罪可緩起訴， 不料兩人嘴硬，廖男推稱是聽全女的點子。全婦反駁自己是個老人不記得當時證詞， 　　　　　「但我現在要全部推翻原先說法，我什麼都沒看見」 檢方只好起訴兩人。至於盧男被認定未注意車前狀況，已先被起訴過失傷害罪嫌。 == 能把人撞飛60公尺是要多快的車速? 應該請那個證人跑一趟看看那距離有多遠 再說如果真的被撞飛60公尺，廖男應該不只頸椎會撞傷 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.204.32
