保密考量 蔡得勝：國安局將推化名制

立法院今天初審國安局明年度預算，國安局長蔡得勝表示，基於工作需要和保密考量，國安局將推動「化名制」，未來除局長、副局長和主任秘書等人使用真名外，其他人擬用「化名」對外。

據指出，目前國安局外站人員已用化名，未來國安局打算全面推動「化名制」，僅少數高階主管用真名對外。

國安局長蔡得勝今天表示，國安人員常被列為情蒐目標，除了主秘以上的主管使用真名，其他人員則用化名制度對外。

立法院外交及國防委員會今天審查103年度中央政府總預算案關於國家安全局收支部分，並邀蔡得勝報告備詢答。

蔡得勝表示，國安人員被列為情蒐目標，基於情報的隱密性和機敏性，未來除了主任秘書以上的官員使用真名外，其餘人員都將推動化名制度，以化名對外。
