相約打獵堂弟清槍誤擊堂兄喪命

苗栗南庄清晨發生一起槍擊意外，一對賽夏族的堂兄弟，今天凌晨喝了酒，相約出門打獵。堂弟清槍時，槍膛內的子彈意外被擊發，竟然打中堂兄的頭部。子彈從顏面進入、頭部上方穿出，堂兄不幸死亡。開槍男子十分懊惱，主動向警方投案。　　(張文祿報導)

這對堂兄弟，姓風，是賽夏族，兩人凌晨一起喝酒，之後，帶著獵槍準備一起去打獵，四十三歲的堂弟在清槍時，不知道裡頭還有子彈，拉槍機，結果子彈被擊發，而且就打中一旁六十二歲的堂兄，子彈從顏面進入，頭部上方穿出，傷者被送醫救治，不過，到院前就已經不幸死亡。風姓男子意外闖禍，心中相當懊悔，請求堂兄家人原諒，並主動向警方投案。

據指出，這把獵槍是非法自製，槍柄看起來還很新，而且粗糙，男子不僅要面對過失致死罪，還違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例，警方偵訊後移送法辦。
