是否死刑？　八里雙屍案29日判決出爐

轟動一時的八里雙屍案被告謝依涵表示，因不堪迷姦性侵才痛下殺手，但檢察官認為謝依涵心狠手辣，應求處死刑，士林地方法院訂於29日下午5點宣判。

先前法庭辯論重點在於謝依涵所犯下的是強盜殺人罪還是殺人罪，外界也十分關注，謝依涵是否將判處死刑，合議庭表示，全案將於29日宣判。

法庭最後審理辯論階段時，謝女律師爆料，陳進福對謝依涵迷姦在先，謝女不堪長期被性侵，恰逢男友求婚，讓她急欲想擺脫這段不正常情欲關係，而痛下殺手。同時陳男因財務問題欲殺害妻子，也讓謝女覺得陳男發瘋了，決定殺人。

死者家屬委任律師則認為，謝女為卸責不惜污蔑死者，分明是謀財害命，還謊話連篇，更懷疑另有共犯，另外對謝女男友提告。公訴檢察官認為謝女殺意堅定，對謝女求處死刑，士林地方法院將於29日下午5點宣判。
