又是酒駕肇禍 屏東鄉代被撞死

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣27日電）屏東崁頂鄉代黃惠美昨晚在朋友家，走出友人家戶外要打電話時，被林姓男子轎車撞飛，當場死亡。林男酒測值1.27毫克。

黃惠美擔任崁頂鄉代期間，熱心服務鄉里。家人表示，昨天黃惠美出事前，正是利用假日做鄉民服務，沒想到卻遭遇橫禍。

警方表示，59歲的黃惠美昨晚在崁頂鄉力社村力社路的友人家，從騎樓走出去準備打電話時，被37歲林姓男子所駕的三菱轎車撞上，黃被撞飛10多公尺外，當場死亡。

林姓男子肇事後逃逸，現場民眾騎機車追捕，剛好潮州警分局巡邏警車經過，將林男轎車攔下，經酒測，酒測值1.27毫克。

林男被逮時全然不知闖下大禍，警方今天依過失致死、公共危險、肇事逃逸等罪嫌，將全案移送屏東地檢署偵辦。1021027
