安裝後務必先設定名字跟身高：「設定」→「設定用戶信息 - 設定」。

輸入「名字」跟「身高」，以便以後自動幫你計算BMI。

記錄體重的方式：「日曆」→按日期。

輸入白天或晚上的體重後按「註冊」。

輸入體重後，除了在「日曆」可以看體重數字外，也有「圖表」可以觀察體重變化。
