大家好!! 最近小弟我有打算去健身減肥 爬了一下版上的關鍵字 好像蠻多鄉民都推薦邁進健身房 所以想請問一下這家健身房是採什麼樣的制度?? 如果是採會員制我可能比較划不來 因為我不是天天都能去 也有可能整整一個月都沒辦法 只是最近剛好比較有空一點 才想說多少去健身一下!! 還有裡面有什麼是要注意的??以及裡面有哪些設施呢?? 如果有人常去這家希望可以站內信告訴我喔!! 謝謝^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.75.90
