男子剛出獄　殺狗吃狗又觸法

【羅琦文／高雄報導】吳姓男子才剛出獄一個多星期，今天上午就在前鎮住處殺狗吃狗，附近鄰居聽見狗的哀號聲，通知高雄市關懷流浪動物協會到場，當場人贓俱獲。

關懷流浪動物協會理事長王小華表示，他們先在興仁公園看見吳姓男子帶著狗鞭來兜售，立即將吳攔下並報警，警方帶吳回住處搜查，發現一大鍋煮好的狗肉。吳男表示先以棍棒將狗打死，再肢解烹煮，地上滿是血跡與血腥味，還有一大包生肉。全案將依違反動保法移送。
