不迴避　江揆當著王金平的面指王關說

【林修卉╱台北報導】立法院長王金平被控為民進黨立委柯建銘司法關說，柯上周質詢江揆時，院會由副院洪秀柱主持，王金平不在現場。今天上午院會由王金平擔任主席，民進黨立委段宜康質詢時，當著王金平的面質問江揆；「到底關說司法的是誰？」江揆原本不願回答，在多次追問後，江揆說，根據特偵組的報告，「就是王金平委員和柯建銘委員」。坐在主席檯上的王金平原本低著頭，突然抬起頭看著江宜樺，聆聽說明內容。

段宜康也質疑，特偵組聲稱關說案是行政調查，但行政調查能否在記者會公布監聽譯文？江宜樺說，這件事情是否違法，地檢署已在調查，尊重調查結果。段宜康怒斥，地檢署已在偵辦就推給地檢署，「你實在很丟臉，應該下台」。

王金平在中午院會休息時間，不對外做任何回應，快步離開；江宜樺也不接受採訪，立刻驅車離去。
