【蕭孜玹／台北報導】倪安東今上Pop Radio電台節目宣傳新專輯，他還帶著2大瓶汽水送給工作人員，主持人好奇他為何選擇送汽水？他笑答：「目前還在持續減肥中，送飲料我可以偷偷破戒。」倪安東表示，自己從7月到現在已瘦了7公斤，除了訓練體能，他也採取少量多餐的方式，他解釋：「我1天吃6餐維持體力，每周也會有1天的『自我滿足日』，可以隨便吃，滿足自己的口腹之慾。」
