【短片】加油站上演搶案　歹徒揮拳太假被識破

【吳詠平／桃園報導】八德市介壽路二段15日清晨五時許發生一起「搶案」，陳姓（18歲）員工被2名「歹徒」揮拳打倒被搶走2萬元現金。警方偵辦後發現，監視器上歹徒揮拳速度不快，陳某怎麼如受重擊倒地，再加上5時許發生到七時才報案，2萬營業現金也沒依規定拿進辦公室存放。

多項可疑陳解釋不清楚，陳姓員工後來才承認因為，機車故障缺錢修理，找來張姓少年（17歲）與胡姓少年（未到案）配合「演出」這搶案。偵訊後被以詐欺與偽造文書罪嫌送辦。
