國有林地盜採牛樟菇　山老鼠送辦

【劉智維／高雄報導】林務局人員昨(17日)會同森林警察隊等人員，在海拔2000公尺的高雄市桃源山區查獲兩名盜採野生牛樟菇的山老鼠，林務局人員估計，查獲兩名竊嫌竊取的牛樟菇重量達93.58公克，估計市價超過兩萬元。
 
屏東林管處表示，天兔風災過後，山區進行不少災害搶修工程，高姓及蘇姓兩名竊嫌即趁災後搶修工程進行時，進入山區國有林班地內盜採市場價格不斐的牛樟菇，巡山人員於昨天下午在旗山事業區73林班地發現兩人形跡可疑，在兩人背包內發現兩小包盜採牛樟菇，訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
