塑化劑案輕賠 衛福部:遺憾

塑化劑案求償結果，新北地院僅判賠新台幣120萬元。衛福部部長邱文達上午表示遺憾，衛福部支持消基會上訴，也會提供協助，衛福部將繼續蒐集較長期的資料，提供科學證據，

塑化劑風暴引發恐慌，消基會為逾500名消費者提團體訴訟，向37家廠商求償24億餘元。新北地院以消費者並未舉證損害與塑化劑有關等理由，判其中18家廠商賠200餘名消費者商品價金120萬元。
