綠島海送延誤就醫 衛福部解釋

媒體報導，綠島陳姓老翁中風，未達直升機後送標準，延誤後送時間，轉送花蓮慈濟途中死亡。

衛福部解釋，陳姓病患當時因考量航機啟動需經航機艙務準備、飛安確認、安排隨行人員等約需30分，加上飛行時間20分，而海上運送約40分鐘，才會海上轉送。對陳姓病患離世，深表不捨。
