小弟最近遇到一個難題 我到公司接任出納工作剛滿三個月，但是工作內容很雜 除了一般工作外還身兼總經理特助，以及要負責控制公司資金調度兼信件收發 之前都沒做過此類的工作，而且我也沒有主管 大概在八月底跟公司提離職，預定九月底離職，但是後來因為一些因素 公司希望我多留一點時間帶人，我也答應做到10月9號，但是．． １０／７號又跟我說再給公司時間，叫我留到１０／１５，直到現在還市沒有找到人來 接我的工作，公司小，沒有職務代理人，我的工作只有我會做 請問我這樣１０／１５號離職，如果還是沒有人來，我這樣走了 若是之後資金沒人調度出問題，公司能否因無交接造成公司損害此對我提民事求償？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.26.79.145
