想住北京公辦養老院？　再等100年

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】中國積極推動養老產業，北京市現有公辦明星級養老院由於位置好、設備好、收費低，嚴重供不應求，最熱門的估計竟得排隊100年。
 
朝陽區華嚴北裡的第一社會福利院（一福）是北京市屬的5家養老院之一，也是北京、甚至全國的標桿養老院。根據《北京青年報》報導，大陸前國務院總理溫家寶曾到此視察，大陸外交部也曾安排境外媒體採訪。
 
收費包含生活照料服務，每月僅收人民幣2250元（約新台幣1.1萬元），在寸土寸金的北京三、四環間，這樣的價格可能連租屋都不夠。但一福工作人員表示，已有1萬多人登記，但每年可供入住的床位不足100張，兩周報名人數就把一年的空床住滿了。算下來，要入住的話真要等100年。這個誇張數字反映大陸養老市場資源配置畸形。
