標題[請益] 該不該做管理職?

大家好，我是一個才工作三年多的工程師，今年29歲，單身沒有家要養。 但由於一些特殊性，去某間中規模 (500人)的上市公司面試， 對方很急用人，且我的工作背景非常被需要， 因此雖然我才這麼資淺，但卻給了我 "科長" or "課長"的職缺 (手上不會帶人)， 並且承諾部門會漸漸繼續找人 (因為新產品很賺錢，陸續會開新案子)， 說大約一年左右可以升"副理"，並且手下會帶3~4個工程師。 而薪水的話其實也算是可以的，大概年薪95萬上下 (第一年)。 我目前的猶豫點是: 1. 朋友聽聞後提醒我擔任主管職後要小心的是捲入政治，但我職場經驗不豐富情況下， 不曉得能否升任？ 2. 我自己覺得這是一個很不錯的發展機會，畢竟基層工程師做到一個歲數會有瓶頸， 如果能有管理經驗可以為經歷加分，路也比較寬廣？ 想請大家給個意見，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.150.138
