老人受虐案件5年增加6成　身心虐待最多

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】重陽節將至，衛福部今公布老人受虐統計發現，2008年有2271件老人受虐，但到了2012年增加到3625件，增加近6成，顯示老人受暴情形近年有增加的趨勢。
 
衛福部保護服務司表示，分析老人受暴案件類型，以身心虐待為最多，占42.46%，失依限困、疏忽、遺棄等各占11%左右，財務侵佔者則不到2%。
 
衛福部保護服務司呼籲民眾，如發覺有老人家受暴，幫忙撥打24小時保護專線113通報，舉手之勞，可能即時挽救了1條生命，讓老人家有個安心的晚年。
