毒蟲講義氣主動交毒品　妄想替友脫罪

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市警局南榮路派出所警員昨天晚間9時許執行臨檢時，看見2名男子騎乘機車形跡可疑，眼尖發現騎車的34歲粘姓男子與乘客38歲童姓男子都是毒品列管人口，趕緊將2人攔下盤查，童男立即向警方交出海洛因，並表示「小粘是我兄弟，他只是騎車載我，與他無關！」但警方見2人神情十分緊張，便將他們都帶回派出所訊問。

警方經2人同意下進行搜身，隨即在粘男身上搜出5公克海洛因與2公克安非他命，童男向警方抱怨，「我都已經主動交毒品了，你們搜那麼仔細做什麼？」警方訊後依違反毒品危害防制條例將2人移送基隆地檢署。
