女遭扒光虐打影片　警查出台中網友貼網

【綜合報導】民進黨台南市議員蔡旺詮昨天接獲疑似校園暴力案件，一名高中女學生欠錢不還被脫光衣服，拖到校園一角毆打，影片還被PO上YouTube網路發佈，他認為情節重大，除立即通知教育局了解，並主動通報警方協助調查。
 
警方目前查出，貼網者姓邱，設籍台中，台南市警局少年隊已通報台中市警局少年隊協助調查，呼籲影片中相關的友人或同學盡速出面說明，蔡旺詮強調，這樣的校園暴力不管發生地是台南或台中，都應第一時間盡快偵破。
 
網路上流傳一段「台南某地方，欠錢不還被叫去學校脫衣毆打」的影片，全長為3分半，從影片研判，除被害者、至少有3人在場，2人動手，1人拍攝，少女頻用台語喊：「不要啦」，另有2到3名女子以台語斥罵，掌摑、拉扯少女頭髮，還把她推倒在地，直到最後有人喊說：「警衛來了」，畫面才結束。
