彰化縣貓羅溪發生溺水意外，兩名國小學童溺斃；檢方襄驗兩學童遺體後，將針對案發 地點是否應列入、而未列入危險水域，並無強化防溺措施等業務違失進行究責。 位在大肚溪上游的貓羅溪、彰化芬園鄉河段，有三位就讀附近國小的六年級男女學生， 利用雙十節假期相約前往釣魚，不料在戲水、嬉鬧中，有位男同學失足落水，另一位身 體比較強壯的同學意圖救援時也掉落水中，儘管縣府消防局動員大批消防救難人員、會 同救生艇，展開水陸大搜救，歷經三個多小時終於先後尋獲兩位學童，經緊急送醫急救 ，不幸因溺水過久，已經回天乏術、而被宣告溺斃的慘劇；彰化地檢署經指派承辦檢察 官襄驗兩學童的遺體之後，襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇表示，初步認為兩學童溺水原因單純， 不過將針對案發地點，是否應列入而未列入危險水域，以及並沒有強化防溺措施等業務 違失，對於相關主管的權責單位以及政府部門進行調查與究責。 縣府消防局副局長胡文森表示，貓羅溪沿線部份河段，因為暗溝比較深，表面看似平靜， 卻經常是暗潮洶湧，因此早已公告為危險水域之一，發生這起兩學童不幸罹難的溺水案 後，將會強化防溺措施與安全宣導的作為，也提醒民眾要小心、注意安全！ http://ppt.cc/orj2 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.116.223
