最近生意往來的對象周轉要跟我借錢 不打算收利息 大概借他30萬，每月償還一部分 會請他寫借據 有些問題要請教 1.需要請他開本票嗎? 如果對方真的還不出來的時候，開本票有意義嗎? 2.需要影印身分證影本嗎? 除了這兩點問題之外，還有其他什麼需要注意的地方嗎? 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.235.8.187
