標題[問題] HTC 手機送修

因為小弟我想要解 New One 的紫光任務 所以想要送原場維修一下... 查了一下 HTC 有三種送修方式： 1. 親自送修 2. 到府收送 3. 7-11 想請問一下有送修過的前輩 1. 如果選擇到府收送，要先把手機包裝好嗎？ 還是直接給他？ 2. 7-11 送修前一定要先聯絡客服人員嗎？ 還是直接用小7的ibon操作送修？ 感謝指點迷津！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.118.4
