王金平：朝野協商同意江揆可書面報告

閣揆江宜樺持續遭民進黨立委杯葛而無法上台報告，立法院長王金平今日表示，只要朝野協商同意，也可以將書面報告當作上台報告。

國民黨團書記長林德福在中午黨團大會後表示，在野黨團若真的不讓江宜樺上台，就改用書面報告，再進行總質詢。

王金平對此表示，朝野可以再進行協商，只要在野黨同意，沒有什麼不可以。王指出，連戰擔任院長時，從頭到尾都沒有報告，也沒有總質詢。至於是否要書面報告，再總質詢，王強調「大家再看看」。

王金平說，「如果大家同意，把提出書面報告當作報告，只要大家同意就可以」，沒有什麼違憲問題，但如果沒有經過朝野同意，就會產生爭議。
