用長棍伸進窗戶偷背包　男子遭警逮

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市警方於月初接到陳姓民眾報案表示放在家裡客廳沙發上的背包竟不翼而飛，背包裡有現金2萬3千元與證件，但調查後發現窗戶並沒遭人破壞，才調閱監視器畫面，竟發現歹徒用2公尺長的木棍伸進客廳，將沙發上的背包勾出後再偷裡面的金錢。

警方本月19日時，逮捕1名有多項竊盜前科的25歲李姓男子，李男坦承自己曾犯下竊案該件，但所竊取財物都已花完，警方最後依竊盜罪函送李男。
