冠德環球購物中心　投資3億錢進天津

【劉曉霞／台北報導】冠德轉投資興建環球購物中心今天公告，董事會通過投資人民幣8000萬元(約台幣3.61億元)，前往天津設立購物中心。冠德指出，這次投資是獨資，將向天津當地的開發商承租建物，地點選在天津西清區，承租經營商場面積約2萬多坪，規模約與中和環球購物中心差不多大。

冠德指出，天津的環球購物中心預計明年底會完工，冠德進駐整修期將超過10個月，最快2015年底開幕，規劃購物商場，將台灣經驗移植到中國去，初期年營收估可達30~40億元，未來可望追上中和環球購物中心。
