集水區管制鬆綁？ 江揆指可微調

行政院長江宜樺今（26）日在行政院院會聽取農委會「參加第二屆APEC林業部長會議」報告後表示，近日外界對水庫集水區管制規範鬆綁有相關意見與建言，此議題涉及森林保育、水土保持等事項，請農委會、環保署積極瞭解相關團體的各項訴求重點，以作為政策制定的參考，並請相關部會研議，做及時必要的微調，讓政策具有正當性。
