未談僵局 江揆囑閣員開議少請假

　因在野黨杯葛，行政院長江宜樺在立院開議至今，仍未能在立法院進行施政報告。　上午在行政院會中，江揆未對朝野僵局，有特別的談話，僅循每會期開議慣例，叮囑內閣閣員，在開議期間應盡可能出席立法院委員會議，除非如代表我國參加APEC等重大國際會議，不得不請假之外，都應親自出席，以表示對立法院的尊重。
