標題[問題] 中華預繳...這樣真的無解嗎?

原po手邊有一個門號是之前某版友轉讓的中華門號 合約已經到期快一年了 裡面還有預繳餘額大概快2000 現在想把這個門號改為預付卡 客服說這個只能退款且須回原據點 但是當初是版友刷卡，而且在新竹門市(原po在台北) 基本上我也不一定要把餘額拿回來 直接儲值至預付卡也可以 但客服只能說抱歉、對不起.... 請問這個真的無解嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.60.126.27
