國民黨批柯建銘：心虛、編故事

因爆立法院長王金平與民進黨總召柯建銘的司法關說案，檢察總長黃世銘昨天在立法院被圍剿。國民黨今天把矛頭指向關說案當事人柯建銘。

國民黨發言人殷瑋質疑，柯建銘是躲在國會言論免責的保護傘下，迴避司法關說一事之責，卻毫不迴避質詢，還公然嗆聲。

另外柯建銘在質詢時，提到國民黨文傳會主委蕭旭岑安排黃世銘向總統馬英九報告。對此殷瑋表示，柯建銘如果以為拿不出證據的情況下隨便編個故事，傷害不相干的人，就可以轉移自己涉入司法關說案的焦點，只會更顯現出他迴避關說案本質、不敢接受檢驗的心虛。
