南沙島海面生成一熱低壓　有機會發展成颱

【張勵德／台北報導】昨晚在南沙島附近海面上有1個熱帶性低氣壓生成，目前正緩慢向西移動，預計未來有發展成輕度颱風的機會，一旦生成將是今年西北太平洋上第21號颱風，中文譯名為「蝴蝶」(Wutip，澳門命名)。中央氣象局表示，預估未來此熱帶性低氣壓會持續向西移動，應不會直接影響台灣陸地天氣。
