華碩宏碁合體？里昂：市占超過聯想、惠普

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】市場持續關注華碩（2357）和宏碁（2353）是否合併，里昂證券出具報告表示，產業萎縮之際，合併策略是可行的考量，長期來看華碩可享有經濟規模的槓桿操作，而宏碁也可減低管理成本，雙A合體在NB市占率達20%，一舉超過聯想和惠普的市占率，擠身全球最大品牌。
 
以財務面來看，里昂證券也指出，華碩目前有24億美元現金、20億美元的投資，約2億美元負債，總市值估計達61億美元；雖然宏碁有品牌市占萎縮，營運虧損問題，不過宏碁現金約有18億美元，負債約2億美，總市值也有19億美元，雙A若採取換股合併，是有其可行性。
 
回歸產業基本面，里昂證券預警，加設今年底觸控NB滲透率沒有達25%，仍僅有約10%，Windows 8的軟體應用也將不具吸引力，雖然明年ODM廠可能會有相關的整併，但NB後市不確定風險性仍高。
