打傷警消　酒醉男判罰3萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭一名25歲康姓男子，5個多月前，與林姓等一群友人在礁溪鄉一家KTV飲酒作樂，林男提前離席，卻因不勝酒力在KTV門口前跌倒受傷，2名警消前往救護，康男竟對2警消咆哮，還出手打傷方姓警消；方警雖未追究康男傷害刑責，但所涉妨害公務罪嫌屬公訴罪，今天被宜蘭地院判處拘役30天、得易科罰金3萬元。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
