要爭死囚翻案 廢死盟製動畫盼再審

11年前，震驚社會的台中KTV槍擊案，嫌犯__鄭性澤、被指控開槍殺警，被判處死刑定讞，不過廢死聯盟認為，整起案件，疑點重重，因此花了半年的時間，製作3D動畫，希望還原槍擊發生的現場，並且打算巡迴播放，希望為鄭性澤爭取再審的機會。 2002年台中豐原一家KTV驚傳槍擊案，嫌犯鄭性澤被指控就是殺警兇手，判處死刑定讞，他曾經多次以被刑求自白為由，聲請2次非常上訴和2次再審，都被駁回，廢死聯盟認為整起案件，疑點重重，決定以動畫手法，還原案發現場。 透過3D動畫，搭配口白，重新模擬槍戰當時的空間和位置分配，質疑鄭性澤如何在左腿中彈後，且沒有滴下血跡的情況下，走近被害人對他開槍。

==廢死聯盟 執行長 林欣怡== 讓畫面來說 不要說法官說有可能啊 怎麼沒有可能 實際上我們按照法院卷證中現場的圖 然後現場的尺寸 重新製作的狀況 就是非常的困難 他(鄭性澤)是沒有辦法走過去(被害人旁) 先前在蘇建和案中，鑑識專家李昌鈺，也曾以投影片和動畫，重建命案現場，而廢死聯盟和民間團體合作，自行花費半年時間，為鄭性澤案製作影像動畫，不只要挑戰判決書的認定事證，更試圖取得社會聲援，為鄭性澤爭取翻案的機會。
