標題[問題] 薪水遲遲升不上去

工作都快4年了 薪水跟剛出社會沒差多少 本人任職上市櫃大公司的採購(英日文中等以上) 雖是剛跳大公司一年 但是已經出來工作有些時日了 薪水卻遲遲升不多 連大廠都給不起2000元的調薪 比小公司還不如 年終也從一個月減到快沒一個月 說是依照個人考績 自認為自己比主管還會做事 因為大廠內的主管都是皇親國戚 不會做事還可以掛經理 本人在思考是不是該回去讀研究所主攻研發職缺 讓薪水兩倍跳 讀書對我來說不是難事 只是沒錢才是難事 到底該不該借錢回去讀書? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.161.48.59
