天兔颱風來襲，新竹縣政府宣布，明天(21號)除了五峰鄉與尖石鄉停止上班、上課之外，其餘鄉鎮市正常上班上課。 縣政府提醒民眾，颱風來臨應該嚴防大雨，做好防颱準備，注意自身的安全。
