天兔颱風來襲　國軍2萬餘人待命

【陳培煌／台北報導】天兔颱風來勢洶洶，國防部配合中央災害應變中心，同步在上午8時30分完成國軍災害應變中心一級開設，並規劃待命兵力共2萬3000餘人，將防災重點置於東部及南部地區。

國防部發布新聞稿表示，因應災害防救需求，已準備發電機575台、抽水機479部、甲車217輛（含AAV-7兩棲突擊車44輛）、重機具119輛、飛機45架、船艇膠舟136艘等1500餘部，收容營區111處等整備工作。同時完成台北市等18個縣市連絡官編組，將視縣市政府災害應變中心開設情形進駐，掌握即時災情與地方需求。

國防部強調，已要求各責任地區指揮官主動與地方首長保持聯繫，告知可支援兵力數量、位置及能力限制等，全力配合地方政府災防需求，協助執行危險區域民眾疏散撤離、救援及醫療等工作，以確保民眾生命、財產安全。
