陷關說風暴 柯建銘自請國會調查

立法院長王金平與民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘被控關說司法，掀起政壇風暴多日後，柯建銘今日宣布，將自請立院紀律委員會調查。

立法院長王金平說，柯已告知他此事，立院會按照程序，完全配合。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池說，這應是為民進黨主席蘇貞昌紓壓，但能否解套則有待觀察。

依照立法院紀律委員會規程規定，紀律委員會由每會期各委員會召集委員組成，置召委八人，由各委員會召委互推一人擔任，紀律委員會召委按月輪值。

依立法委員行為法規定，按情節輕重，紀律委員會可做的處罰分為口頭道歉、書面道歉、停止出席院會四至八次，或經出席院會委員三分之二以上同意，最重可停權三個月到半年。
