北韓似重啟核反應爐 南韓關注

美國網路媒體「38North」報導，北韓似已重啟寧邊核反應爐。南韓外交部發言人趙泰永今天表示，雖不能證實報導內容，但南韓政府正密切關注北韓核活動動向。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」引述趙泰永說，只有北韓以實際行動表現出對無核化的誠意，六方會談才能召開有意義的無核化會談。

報導又引述南韓1位高層消息人士表示，北韓已經對核活動進行預告，南韓也發現了徵兆，但還沒找到有關重啟寧邊反應爐的確鑿證據。

有分析認為，這似乎是暗示南韓政府已獲知有關資訊。
