清除土石作業持續進行　基隆北寧路明通車

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市北寧路清除土石工程進行十分順利，今天上午仍持續清除土石，並將受損的路面重新鋪上柏油。市政府表示，明天上午11時，北寧路將可全面恢復通車。
